With roots dating back to 1972, Take Your Sister 2 Lunch unites women and girls from marginalized communities in New York and beyond as they work to foster positive change through programs that focus on health, STEM, financial literacy, life skills training, job readiness, and more: how to escape successfully from the consequences of their societal entrapment through the reawakening of their personal strength, education, ethnocultural traditions and spiritual beliefs as a source of empowerment.
